Governor’s Award for Excellence in Global Trade
The Governor’s Award for Excellence in Global Trade recognizes the exporting excellence and successes among Arkansas’ diverse enterprises. Winners of the Award are Arkansas manufacturing, agriculture or service companies actively selling in international markets. They are presented with a trophy during the gala awards luncheon and profiled throughout the year as the winner of the Governor’s Award for Excellence in Global Trade. They also receive a free promotional video of their company and a free Website Globalization Review.
The award ceremony takes place each year in Little Rock, at a gala banquet luncheon with an address from a keynote speaker. The Governor’s Award for Excellence in Global Trade originated in 2009 by joint efforts of the Arkansas District Export Council, Arkansas Economic Development Commission, U.S. Commercial Services, and Arkansas World Trade Center. The Awards have been continuously provided annually except for the pandemic year of 2020.
This year’s Awards ceremony will take place on Friday, October 17, 2025, 11:30AM to 1:30PM at the Robinson Center in Little Rock. Individual tickets are available for the price of $150 each on the landing page until October 10.
Sponsorships at the Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum levels are also available with varying levels of benefits, including free tickets. Contact Michael Schrekenhofer for more information.
